It will be the 10th Anniversary next month of looking for these patches to complete a collection;

Loraine PD (Mitchell County) TX
Newcastle PD (Dixon County) NE
New Castle Township PD (Schuylkill County) PA
South New Castle Borough PD (Lawrence County) PA

I'm also looking for any patches from the Lorain Borough PD Pennsylvania.

The Department has ceased to exist as the Borough Now contracts out to the Johnstown PD
